Happy Holidays

We look forward to celebrating the Christ consciousness born in each of us. And welcome congregants their family and friends to worship with us.

Psalm 107: 1 “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever”

We wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season.

Media Team Ministry

The Media Team gives thanks to God and for the opportunity to serve our Unity family. As we look towards purchasing equipment that will enhance the coverage of services on social media, we are grateful for the financial blessings that have already been received and look forward to future blessings.

It is with much love and open hearts that we joyfully praise God remotely and in person.  Even with the challenges of  the pandemic these last few years, our church remained open and we remained faithful. Together we will continue to worship HIM.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”  Philippians 4:6 -7

May God’s peace be with you.

Building and Grounds Ministry

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10

The Building and Grounds Ministry has been diligently working to prepare the church for the winter season.  Our purpose is the upkeep of the Lord’s House, so that congregants may continue to worship in person.  As I move into my new position, I am becoming familiar with the day to day maintenance of the building.

I am grateful for the vast knowledge of Elliot Jefferies, our Building and Grounds Emeritus. Josh Spears is also a vital part of the team and we are thankful for his service.  Some upcoming projects include refurbishing the sanctuary windows and painting the walls and the rails at the Taplin Ave entrance.

I pray everyone has a joyous Holiday and remember… Jesus is the reason for the season.

Blessings,

Bro. David Wells Building and Grounds Ministry

A big hug from the children.

Technical Ministry

The Technical ministry are asked questions or for solutions to technical issues.

When we are researching, buying, or installing new equipment are you praying over the process or are you relying on your own understanding?”

It can be easy to forget the importance of prayer, but it is critical

No matter what you are doing, make sure you keep good communication lines open with God.

Blessing
